RapidData has launched a new AI-Ops platform that has cut median mean-time-to-recovery for managed-services clients by 58% across the first 90 days. The platform combines anomaly detection, root-cause inference, and automated remediation playbooks.
It is now native to the firm’s managed services portfolio and available to clients at no additional cost.
The platform is built on RapidHub and uses sovereign LLMs for all client-context interactions.
